Functionalized acyclic and cyclic guanidines have a wide range of biological activity. In particular, they possess antitumor, antibacterial activities, are immunosuppressants, anesthetics, analgesics analogues natural alkaloids. The search methods for the synthesis new guanidine derivatives is an urgent problem.
 introduction unsaturated alkyl substituent to backbone opens way heterocyclic compounds azole or azine series using method electrophilic heterocyclization under action halogen-containing agents. For this purpose, N-allyl-N ',N' '- diphenylguanidine was synthesized according described procedure. Allyl substituted able cyclize iodine. use chalcogen electrophile may lead formation potentially biologically active derivative. p-methoxyphenyltellurium trichloride used as agent.
 Reaction equimolar amounts N-allyl-N',N''-diphenylguanidine p-methoxy-phenyltellurium performed in chloroform with minor amount THF. It found that 12 hours reagents stirring, adducts substrate-electrophile composition 1: 1 formed. structure complex proposed on basis spectral data elemental analysis data. increasing reaction time temperature does not addition cyclization products.
